Wedding Photography Prices 2011–2012
When we were married in November 2007 we found it difficult to get straight prices from local Wedding Photographers. As a result, we decided to make our prices here as clear as possible. However, we are flexible — if you like the look of our pictures but want something a bit different we’ll do our best for you. Obviously we can be more flexible on weekdays and outside the Summer season.
Prices:
What marks us out as different to most wedding photographers is that we always give you the option of having all your pictures on DVD in high quality. When we started offering this in 2005 we were one of very few professional photographers to do so. We think they are your pictures to use as you wish. In 2006 we started always working together at weddings and in 2009 we started to run slideshows for the evening guests as a way of sharing your experiences with your guests and each others. We never take additional work on your big day — we will spend all day with you and your guests, not slope off after a limited number of hours.
Even our least expensive packages offer all the pictures on DVD – giving you the chance to make your own album at a later date, and to have hundreds of pictures from your special day to keep.
Our packages:
DVD or Album only — £1950
- The whole day covered with both Rachel and Phil with pictures produced in order showing the story of your day, wherever they were taken.
- A slideshow of a selection of the pictures projected at your evening reception (we introduced this in 2009 and it has been really popular so we’ve included it in all our packages).
- A password-protected online gallery of the pictures for your friends and family to enjoy.
- The complete set of processed, ready to print digital files on DVD or an A4 digital album made with your choice of 40 pictures.
DVD and Album — £2150
(as above but including both album and digital files)
- The whole day covered with Rachel and Phil with pictures produced in order showing the story of your day, wherever they were taken.
- A slideshow of a selection of the pictures projected at your evening reception (we introduced this in 2009 and it has been really popular so we’ve included it in all our packages).
- A password-protected online gallery of the pictures for your friends and family to enjoy.
- An A4 proof album of all the pictures for you to keep.
- The complete set of edited, ready to print digital files on DVD.
- 30 page A4 digital album made with your choice of 40 pictures.
Additional copies of this album are £90, and 6“X4” copies are £50.
DVD and Luxury 9“X9” Leather Album — £2150
As before but including a 9“x9” Italian leather-bound album with 30 pictures of your choice instead of the A4 Album.
DVD and Luxury 11“X11” Leather Album — £2550
As before but including a 11“x11” Italian leather-bound album with 30 pictures of your choice instead of the A4 Album.
DVD and Luxury 18“X10” Leather Album — £2750
As before but including a 11“x11” Italian leather-bound album with 30 pictures of your choice instead of the A4 Album.

Additional Queensberry items:
Half size unmatted versions of the Queensberry albums are available for £400. Upgrading from a 14“X10” album to a 18“X12” is available for an extra £400. Hundreds of Queensberry products are available — please ask for details and we’ll come back to you with a firm price.
Proof Album
An A4 proof album of all the pictures for you to keep for £200.
Personalised Thank You Cards
We also offer personalised Thank You Cards with a beautiful photograph from your wedding on the front. These 4“X5 1/2″ cards (including envelopes) can by purchased at 75 cards for £100 or 100 cards for £120 and will be delivered to your home address about two weeks after selection of the picture. If you’d like us to choose the picture for you, or can pick one from your slideshow we can have the cards ready for you after your honeymoon!
Booking Fee
You book us with a £500 deposit that secures your day and price. The remainder is due two weeks before the big day. If you’d like to pay us in installments that’s fine.
